• We reserve the right to make changes to our site, pricing, policies, Service Terms, and these Conditions of Use at any time. 

• All items and quantities ordered are subject to availability at the time of fulfillment, including, but not limited to, occasions in which an item is allocated by a supplier/publisher/manufacturer. 

• Austin Books & Comics reserves the right to modify or cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled. 

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all purchases that occur under your account or password.  If you are under the age of 18, you may purchase goods on austinbooks.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. 

Grading 

Please note that Austin Books & Comics is not affiliated with any professional grading company, therefore, we do not guarantee that any specific book will come back with specific number grade from a grading company should any customer choose to grade comics ordered from Austin Books & Comics. Our staff consists of passionate, industry professionals for a company in business since 1977 and strives to providing grading to the best of their abilities. 

Returns/Cancellation 

• Customers are eligible for a full refund for orders canceled prior to shipment. 

• Cancellations/Returns for items that have shipped will not be accepted. 

• IF delivery is refused, rejected or the carrier otherwise is unable to deliver a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied with the remaining balance refunded. 

DISCLAIMER:  Our store is selling these items in good faith that you, the customer will maintain your agreement of purchase.  Please be aware, before you decide to purchase your items, that you are accepting the price/arrival time and that the sale is FINAL.  Multiple cancellations of any orders may result in the suspension of future purchases.  We reserve the right to cancel any order for an item that was based on a pricing error on our website and will send a notification regarding the cancellation. 

Shipping 

Items will be shipped within 2-3 business days after our staff receives the order.   

All comics will be bagged and boarded.  Comics will be shipped in a Gemini mailer. Bulk orders will be shipped in a box.
