We have decided not to end the weekly Pull List!

All of your pulls will be done through your customer portal with ComicHub. You can even get a jump on everyone else and place your orders as early as a Week ahead of time! The new release list will be posted each week on Wednesday (for the week following.)

Instructions for creating an Austin Books Account and Customer.ComicHub Account (you will need to create both):

Creating an account with Austin Books:

Step 1: Go to the ABC SIGN UP PAGE or Email Us.
Step 2: Create your account or we can create it for you.

That’s it!

Creating an account on Customer.Comichub — which will allow you to control all of your preferences.

Step 1: Go to Customer.ComicHub.Com.
Step 2: Select Austin Books as your preferred store (use the FIND NEAREST STORE button or zoom in).
Step 3: Create a new account — this is different from your Austinbooks.com account.
Step 4: We will synchronize your accounts within 24 hours. Please contact us is you have any trouble and we will get you set up ASAP.
Step 5: Log into your Customer.ComicHub.Com account and view the recommended items. This is a list of items shipping next week. Add items to your (pre-order) cart and, when you have completed your selections, click the PLACE ORDERS TO AUSTIN BOOKS AND COMICS button and you’re done. You can pay for your pull when you pick it up or in advance. You can also have your pull list shipped, made available for curbside delivery or pick it up in the store.

We will have your order in our system and you will have the books waiting for you next Wednesday. IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER THIS WAY, PLEASE DO NOT FILL OUT A PULL LIST FORM. That will duplicate your pull. We will continue to offer the Pull List Form weekly until we have completely transitioned off of the old system.

In Customer.ComicHub.Com, you can also adjust other facets of your account including ongoing subscriptions and special orders. Feel free to Email Us if you have any questions or need assistance!
