Elaine Kendrick devises a very intelligent ploy to serve Daredevil with papers by putting out a public call. Fortunately, public support of Daredevil intervenes before he can receive them. The Jester then announces a forthcoming robbery. When Daredevil catches him, he hands over the papers that serve notice about the suit.
