Elsewhere, Sickle extorts profits from a check cashing place, when Catwoman interrupts her! Sickle gets the better of her until the fight spills into the streets and Smart Bomb disables the Russian. Angle Man explains tells a bar owner he expects three thousand every Thursday – when Catwoman ambushes him with a ball bat – no angles. Sickle calls Hugo Strange to report that Catwoman is still alive! He sends Hammer to the roof; there’s a smiling cat face note, and then a barrage of tranquilizer darts.
