Thomas Elliot, one of Bruce’s childhood friends and most cunning enemies has escaped imprisonment in Dick’s bunker under the Wayne Foundation building. And while Batman and Robin know precisely where he is, they’re powerless to stop him… because due to some cosmetic surgery, he’s impersonating Bruce Wayne.
